#153 Enjoy the Journey

Forget the ‘destination’

Many of us get caught up in trying to meet our goals, and you may think of ‘happiness” as one of those goals. I want to remind you that happiness isn’t a specific “place” or an end “result” that you can strive toward. It may sound like a cliche, but happiness really is a “journey” because it is a process.

It’s hard to remember that when you’re happy, and even more difficult to remember that when you’re feeling blue. But when we evoke abundant thinking (see post #118), we think of life as having enough time to work towards becoming our best, happiest selves as an ongoing process.

Have a great one!
